Building sustainable leadership teams to support operational growth and provide succession planning is imperative to meet the growing needs of dynamic and growth orientated organizations. The purpose of this leadership development-training program is to develop current and pace-setting Leaders within an organization.
Applying Adaptive Action Tools and Appreciative Inquiry
Coaching is integral to this program. Research has shown that coaching is invaluable in supporting the transfer of skill learning to the workplace and building individual accountability for utilizing the learning at work.
Within the program there are two distinct coaching opportunities for participants.
Mentored Triad Coaching is provided to support the participants to apply the skills and coaching model. Participants meet for three, 90 minute sessions with an Executive Coach. The participants coach each other, and the Executive Coach provides feedback to the participants to improve their coaching skills.
One on One Coaching sessions are provided to support the application and integration of the program learning. Participants receive are 4 sessions of 45 minutes in duration, scheduled throughout the program.
